LITTLE WOMEN

   The novel Little Women is about a family called the March.Mr. and Mrs. March have got four daughters.Their names are Meg, Jo, Beth and Amy.

   Mr.March was away from home, he was a soldier in the war.Mrs. March and Hannah, the servant, were living together with the daughters.

One day, Jo met Laurie, grandson of their neighbour, at a party.And a good friendship started between them.Then the bad news from Washington came, telling that Mr. March was ill.Mrs March went Washington and took her husband back home.

Mr.Brooke who was Laurie’s teacher helped the March’s during Mr. March’s illness a lot and he fell in love with Meg.After a time, they decided to get married.As soon as they get married the other daughter, Jo, didn’t accept Laurie’s marriage proposal.Laurie get shocked and went to Europe to feel himself better.

Amy also went to Europe.Because she wanted to become  a good painter.One day, Amy run into Laurie and get closer day by day.They were very happy.But, they were informed of  Beth’s death.Whenever they were so sad.Then they got married and decided to return to March’s house.Jo, also married Bhaer who was a teacher.

At the end, the three sisters -except one- lived a happy life.

              The Main Character Of Little Women

   The main characters of Little Women are Meg, Jo, Beth and Amy.They were very poor.But they were not unhappy.My ideal character in story is Amy.

   Amy was the youngest sister of all.She was only twelve years old,but she thought that she was an important person and she was very proud of her golden hair, her white skin and blue eyes.

   Amy’s dream was    becoming the greatest artist in the world.She loved painting and reading.

   Amy was very jealous.When she grew up she overcame her jealousy and became a lovely and friendly girl.

   After a few years, Amy had drawing lessons from one of the best teachers in the town.Later, Amy went to Europe  with her Aunt,Carroll.And met her childhood friend,Laurie, in Nice.Their friendship developed and they got married.After their marriage they returned to home and lived there together.
